Our client, a successful iGaming provider, is searching for an account manager to join their UK team. As the main point of contact for the company’s Clients, the Account Manager will build solid business relationships. As well as ensuring that clients’ needs are met, the Account Manager will focus on maximising sales opportunities within existing accounts and securing brand new business deals in the aim of meeting targets and achieving business objectives. The successful Candidate must have significant sales experience within the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Take ownership of assigned customers, driving and maximising revenues.
Within the customers, develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure you are the main point of contact within the organisation for your customers.
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ requests and requirements, developing market and sector expertise.
Predict business needs by maintaining an oversight of all user feedback and forward to the product department.
Attend industry relevant events and exhibitions to represent the organisation.
Ensure reporting of KPIs and status of accounts to the Head of Account Management regularly.
Previous experience with online B2B sales in an account management role. Gaming experience is advantageous.
Highly motivated to succeed.
Excellent social and negotiating skills.
Ability to manage top tier clients effectively, professionally, and proficiently.
Must take a proactive, problem-solving approach to all aspects of the role.
Must be flexible in a complex, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
