Overview

Our client, a VoIP and data services provider, are searching for an Inside Sales Manager to join their team in the Netherlands and will cover the Benelux and Nordics region. The Inside Sales Manager will represent the entire range of products and services to assigned customers, and will be responsible for achieving a high-level relationship with new and existing end-users. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment selling VoIP and data services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process in Benelux and Nordics region with distribution and reseller partners in its entirety, from customer support to quote preparation and planning.
  • Consider and qualify the customer’s requirements to advise on the selection of suitable IT products and solutions, including product-related services.
  • Continuously build and maintain your own customer base, making personal appointments with all your customers.
  • Alongside responsible internal departments and distribution partners for handling, track and clarify proposals, purchasing orders, outstanding invoices and logistics.
  • Proactively support sales promotions within the Benelux and Nordics region and that of local marketing teams.

 

Requirements

  • Completed an apprenticeship in a commercial or technical subject (or comparable).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with system integrators or manufacturers in the IT industry.
  • Previous experience of internal sales within IT industry.
  • Passionate about IT technologies.
  • A confident, open and assertive salesperson.
  • Able to consistently deliver organised and structured results independently.
  • Fluent in English.
