Overview

Our client, a successful Analytics Software company, are searching for a Sales Executive to join their team based in Berlin. The Sales Executive will be responsible for taking part in outbound lead generation via cold calling, emails and LinkedIn, and will assist Account Executives in developing opportunities within assigned territories. Previous experience in SaaS sales is required for this role.

  • Engage with potential prospectus in an efficient manner to effectively communicate the company’s vision.
  • With assistance from the Marketing team, partake in outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities via emails, calling and LinkedIn.
  • Gain an understanding of prospect’s problems and challenges and explain the value of the solutions to them.
  • Assist Account Executives in identifying and developing opportunities within the assigned territories.
  • Use Salesforce and Salesloft to manage pipelines and outreach.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and encourage positivity within the team.

 

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, strong work ethic and a self-starter.
  • Previous experience in Sales.
  • Previously used Salesforce or similar.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be committed to achieving goals and take accountability.
  • Solid organisational skills and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Willingness and eager to grow and learn new skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • A disciplined, persistent team player who is able to think outside the box.
  • Awareness of various sales methodologies.
  • Able to travel as required.
